What Drives Success
- Value Addition & Cost Reduction: Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction ideas, ensuring they deliver measurable advantages to the organization.
- Project Management: Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination of multiple projects simultaneously. Proactively identify ways to advance project activities.
- Business Case Development: Analyze and evaluate ideas, preparing and presenting compelling business cases to Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing,



and other cross-functional teams.
- Design Development: Develop concept designs related to sheet metal and plastics using advanced design methodologies and techniques.
- Design & Idea Analysis: Perform comprehensive analysis using NUDs, DFMEA, Risk Analysis, and RCA. Create and manage design verification and test plans.
- Design Reviews & Approvals: Lead and coordinate design reviews, ensuring approvals from all relevant cross-functional teams.
- Simulation & Testing: Oversee simulations and physical tests to validate ideas and design concepts, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers through the sourcing team on sample development, prototyping, tooling, and timeline management.
- Implementation Support: Coordinate the creation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and collaborate with Manufacturing teams to implement ideas effectively.
