This role will support revenue operations, treasury activities, and India compliance processes. The individual will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, collections tracking, cash management, and timely statutory filings. This is a hands-on role suited for someone strong in execution and willing to learn across functions.
What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations (Execution Focus)
- Support end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process: customer setup, sales order creation, invoicing
- Ensure invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in revenue recognition workings and reconciliations
- Reconcile data between CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
- Track accounts receivable (AR) aging and follow up on collections
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Support monthly revenue close and reporting
- Monthly financial and business MIS

2. Treasury Support
- Assist in daily cash position tracking and bank reconciliations
- Prepare payment runs (vendor payments, reimbursements, etc.)
- Bank accounting entries
- Maintain records of cash flow and assist in basic forecasting

3. India Compliance (Support Role)
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns
- Maintain documentation required for stat
