Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Ripple Treasury application (formerly GTreasury), including its integration with Finance systems and enterprise platforms.
- The role will act as the primary owner for day‑to‑day application support, ensuring ticket management, issue resolution and system stability aligned with Finance and IT strategy.
- The position will lead service delivery for the application, including setting up ServiceNow queues, managing incidents, and supporting operational readiness prior to go‑live.
- The role will work closely with Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders to define support processes,



ownership model and operational framework for the application.
- Acts as application owner, including vendor coordination, support model setup, governance and ongoing optimization of the Ripple Treasury platform.

Provides functional leadership, manages escalations and supports decision making across stakeholders for application support and enhancements.

Required Experience: 5-8 Years
- Establish and manage the operational support model for Ripple Treasury, including ServiceNow queue setup, ticket routing and SLAs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for application support, managing incidents, escalations and resolution of technical and functional issues.
- Define and implement governance standards including access controls, data quality and compliance requirements.
- Support ITGC controls, audit readiness activities and compliance requirements across the application.
