We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Engineering & Delivery to lead enterprise-scale product engineering and technology delivery for mission-critical financial platforms. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across product development, customer implementations, and engineering operations while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of engineering expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence technical strategy, and foster a high-performance engineering culture. Experience in Treasury, Banking, Financial Markets, Payments, or enterprise financial systems will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product development, enhancements, maintenance,



and enterprise implementation programs.
- Establish strong project governance, delivery frameworks, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication processes.
- Drive predictable, high-quality, and timely software delivery while ensuring accountability across engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership by reviewing architecture, application design, APIs, database models, and integration strategies.
- Promote contemporary engineering practices including microservices, cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable software design.
- Mentor engineering managers, architects, and technical leaders while building a collaborative, high-performance engineering organization.
- Partner with Product, Business, Client Services, and executive leadership to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
