Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Identification
- Research and identify potential clients through online sources, industry databases, and networking platforms.
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, industry, and decision-making potential.

2. Market Research & Data Management
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and relevant information.
- Analyze customer data and segment leads for targeted marketing campaigns.

3. Cold Calling & Email Outreach
- Initiate conversations with potential clients via calls and emails to introduce company products/services.
- Understand customer needs and nurture relationships to move leads through the sales funnel.




- Follow up on initial conversations to maintain engagement and maximize conversion rates.

4. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to connect with potential leads.
- Engage in discussions, share relevant content, and build brand awareness.
- Generate inbound leads through digital campaigns, content marketing, and online networking.

5. Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers to maintain engagement.
- Address initial client queries and provide basic product/service information.

6. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and sales progress.
