Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes by drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate potential candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and training programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems and provide feedback support.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
- Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Track training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Participate in the development of HR metrics to assess employee performance.
- Provide support for disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with placement officers at colleges and universities.
- Coordinate and schedule campus drives, ensuring maximum student participation.
- Present Brand4Brands and the B4B app to placement officers, highlighting perks and opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with placement officers to draft and roll out proposal emails to students.
- Communicate information about campus drives and the application process through the B4B app.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
