We are looking for a Specialist – Salesforce CRM to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our global CRM landscape. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development, CRM Analytics, integrations, release management, and L2 application support while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Utilize CRM Analytics to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Manage Salesforce release cycles, including deployments, sandbox management, and version control activities.
- Provide L2 support and resolve Salesforce production issues while ensuring high-quality support for global users.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, integrations, and support processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and implement development standards and best practices.
- Work closely with administrators, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver business value through Salesforce solutions.
