About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Engineering qualified to lead quality assurance activities across strategic applications and programmes within the QE&T; function. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality test delivery, stakeholder engagement, service performance against agreed SLA/KPI targets, capacity and demand management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage quality risks, support service expansion initiatives, and drive delivery excellence across Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and traditional delivery environments within the telecommunications domain.
