We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a robust information security strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensures compliance, and safeguards critical assets and data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the organization’s information security strategy, policies, and frameworks.

Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations including ISO 27001, TISAX, and GDPR.

Lead enterprise-wide risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, impact analyses, and mitigation planning.

Manage and oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), and security audits.

Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.

Establish governance structures for cybersecurity and drive security awareness across all business units.

Handle security incidents, breaches, and investigations with clear protocols and stakeholder communication.

Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal teams regarding security and compliance.

Provide strategic leadership to the security team and mentor junior professionals in cybersecurity best practices.

Key Requirements

8 to 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.

Proven leadership in managing enterprise-wide security programs.

Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and TISAX.

Expertise in VAPT, internal/external audits, policy creation, risk governance, and data protection.
