The role focuses on producing and managing live virtual events, ensuring seamless execution from preparation through post-event reporting. You will collaborate closely with clients, facilitators, moderators, speakers, and internal teams to create impactful online experiences. The position requires robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace. Accountabilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for live virtual events, including event setup, execution, recording, post-event activities,



and reporting.
- Partner with clients, facilitators, moderators, and speakers to ensure smooth event delivery and exceptional participant experiences.
- Manage event preparation activities, including technical checks, content reviews, platform setup, and readiness assessments.
- Troubleshoot technical, scheduling, and content-related challenges in real time while maintaining a professional client experience.
- Lead conversations with stakeholders to test event components, communicate updates, and keep activities aligned with timelines.
- Create, configure, deploy, and analyze interactive event elements such as polls and audience engagement features.
- Anticipate potential issues before events and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and interactive technologies, including webinar and video conferencing tools.
