Our media-tech foray, Arré Voice, is a social-audio app where creators post bite-sized voicepods (30-second clips), spark threaded voicepools, and curate playlists for discovery. An AI-powered Creator Studio makes recording, editing, and sharing effortless—so anyone can speak their mind without fear of judgment. How we build





The product team operates with first-principles thinking, a data-first mindset, and an extreme bias for action. We marry analytics with taste and intuition, ship rapid experiments, and iterate with creators and listeners in the loop. If you care about solving the right problems, communicating solutions clearly, and hustling to get them live, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
- Translate user problems into flows, wireframes, and quick POCs; ship working prototypes without external help.
- Run user interviews/usability tests, synthesize insights, and turn them into clear product requirements.
- Build lightweight frontends or micro-tools (e.g., React/Next, easy Node/Python APIs, Firebase/Supabase) and hook up analytics events.
- Explore AI features (prompting, simple API calls) to validate creator tools and journaling concepts.
- Write clean docs: mini-PRDs, success metrics, experiment logs, and
