Regional Sales Manager – North & West India
Role Purpose
As the Regional Sales Manager for North & West India,



you will be the face of NaughtOne across one of India's most strategically important territories. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth by building demand through the Architecture & Design community, developing high-performing dealer partnerships, engaging directly with end-user organisations and influencing projects from early specification through to successful order conversion.

You will act as a brand ambassador for NaughtOne, championing exceptional design, customer experience and specification excellence while working closely with the Asia Regional Sales Manager and the wider MillerKnoll network to deliver the India growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned with NaughtOne's India growth strategy.
Own business development across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and the wider North & West India region.
