We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to own and drive
the end-to-end lifecycle of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI-enabled products. The role
requires close collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, UI/UX, Sales,
Marketing, Client Services, and Support teams to translate customer needs and
business goals into scalable, cutting-edge, and high-impact digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as the primary liaison between Technology, Engineering, Sales, Marketing,
Client Services, Support and business stakeholders.
* Own the complete product lifecycle from product strategy, roadmap planning,
execution, launch, and continuous enhancement.
* Collaborate with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility,
solution approach, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
* Prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact,
technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
* Translate product vision into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user
stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.




* Work closely with the UI/UX team to design intuitive, user-centric
experiences by reviewing wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts.
* Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning,
stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
* Define product success metrics, KPIs, acceptance criteria, and release
readiness to ensure successful product launches.
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI,
automation, and data analytics to enhance product capabilities and customer
experience.
* Partner with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to define requirements for
predictive analytics, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and
AI-driven features.
* Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, product usage analysis,
and competitive benchmarking to identify product enhancements and growth
opportunities.
