Customer Support Executive - Voice Leading IT firm in Kochi, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls in a skilled manner Retail Voice Support Assist employees of clients through calls. Provide help regarding employee queries. Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department Maintain records of customer interactions in the system Basic Requirements: Educational qualification – Plus two and above Excellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2)Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
