About the Opportunity

As we scale our global footprint, we seek a visionary Chief Information Security Officer to define and execute a robust cybersecurity strategy that protects critical assets and ensures regulatory compliance. This on-site leadership role is based in India, offering an exceptional platform to mature security postures and influence organizational risk management.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards to maintain compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response processes to proactively mitigate threats.
- Architect and oversee security controls across network, cloud (AWS, Azure), and application environments.




- Drive security awareness programs and train internal stakeholders on best practices and policies.
- Manage third-party risk through vendor assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
- 10+ years of progressive information security experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record in incident response, crisis management, and threat intelligence.

Preferred
