PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role drives the product vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation, AI-driven retail space automation ecosystem. By embedding advanced Artificial Intelligence, conversational interfaces, and intelligent workflows, this role transforms manual merchandising efforts into a scalable global enterprise standard,



drastically reducing cycle times and accelerating market readiness across geographies.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap for integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities—including conversational chat-enabled execution, natural language interfaces, and automated rule generation—into global merchandising workflows.
· Translate complex regional market requirements, local compliance regulations, and commercial fit-gaps into an actionable, high-velocity development backlog.
· Architect automated, hands-free data pipelines to seamlessly ingest regional retail data structures, ensuring connectivity with upstream assortment modules and downstream commercial networks.
· Collaborate with regional technology executives and local business units to systematically transition teams from expensive, fragmented third-party legacy tools onto our unified global AI
