As a Sr Customer Experience Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the customer experience team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer journey




- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Track and report key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in customer experience management is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
