Position Overview
We are seeking a Scaled Agile Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will be part of a team delivering business capabilities and customer value in alignment with the portfolio strategic roadmap, and is a critical role that facilitates ceremonies for an agile team, arranges daily stand-up meetings, and facilitates/schedules meetings,



demo and decision-making processes.

In this role, the individual coaches an agile team and removes impediments by escalating when appropriate, and acts as a trusted partner with the Product Owner, Release Train Engineer and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Servant leader who facilitates and coaches an agile team in Scrum Principles and best practices, depending on line of business
- Facilitates ceremonies for the agile team with direction from Sr. Scrum Masters, RTEs, and strong oversight from Agile Coaches
- Arranges daily stand-up meetings, facilitates/schedules meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process with some oversight
- Ensures teams adhere to established governance models with oversight
- Serve as a liaison between agile teams and all project stakeholders
