Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate organizational compliance with applicable regulations and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct internal audits to identify, assess, and address compliance issues proactively.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters and best practices.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain a compliant and informed environment.
