Job Summary:

Caterpillar is seeking an Adobe Workfront and Frame.io Business Analyst to support the Marketing Content Product Management team and help deliver digital initiatives that enable business goals. In this role, you will support Adobe Workfront by contributing to both solution delivery and ongoing platform administration.

You will collaborate closely with business partners, product teams, and engineering to understand user needs, identify pain points, and translate insights into solutions that streamline workflow processes.



You will also support administrative responsibilities related to configuring, governing, and optimizing Adobe Workfront and Adobe Frame.io, including managing system setup, templates, workflows, permissions, integrations, and reporting.

As a member of the Digital Marketing Content Product Management team, the Workfront Business Analyst will play a key role in Caterpillar’s Content Supply Chain—a critical initiative focused on streamlining marketing operations, improving data consistency across platforms, and enhancing content delivery to customers. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to think strategically while appreciating the smallest details. This position is essential to enabling faster, more consistent, and higher-quality content delivery across Caterpillar.
