About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a fast-scaling fintech innovator empowering institutional investors, wealth managers, and corporate treasuries across India with next-gen trading, portfolio analytics, and capital markets solutions. We bridge the gap between legacy market infrastructure and contemporary, API-driven financial workflows—enabling clients to trade smarter, faster, and with full compliance. As we expand our footprint with Tier-1 banks, mutual funds, and family offices, we’re seeking a high-impact Institutional Sales Manager to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for institutional clients—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with portfolio managers, chief investment officers, and treasury heads at asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates.
- Partner with product and risk teams to tailor platform demos, pricing models, and compliance architecture to client-specific needs.
- Lead pipeline forecasting,



sales forecasting, and quarterly revenue target achievement across assigned geographies in India.
- Represent Mindtel at industry events, conferences, and client C-suite roundtables to strengthen brand positioning in institutional fintech.
- Continuously analyze competitor activity and client feedback to refine value proposition and go-to-market messaging.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in institutional sales within fintech, capital markets, or financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing B2B enterprise deals with asset managers, banks, or corporates
- Deep understanding of trading workflows, portfolio management systems, and market data APIs
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics dashboards
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SEBI, RBI, MiFID II) applied to institutional trading platform
