About the Opportunity
A rapid-scaling investment banking and wealth advisory firm operating across India, we specialize in structuring and syndicating high-net-worth and institutional investment opportunities—bridging capital with strategic, high-growth ventures across private equity, infrastructure, and real assets. Our Wealth Manager Syndication team sits at the core of client capital deployment, driving deal flow, investor alignment, and execution excellence for premium syndicated offerings. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end syndication campaigns for private placement and alternative asset offerings, coordinating with originators, legal, and client teams.
- Build and manage relationships with HNI, UHNWI, family offices, and institutional investors to secure commitments for syndicated deals.
- Develop investor pitch materials, financial models, and term sheets tailored to syndication objectives and risk-return profiles.
- Collaborate with origination teams to structure deals with optimal capital stack, pricing, and covenants for investor appetite.




- Track and report on pipeline progression, investor feedback, and closing metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and internal governance protocols for private placement and investor communications.
