As a Guidewire Architect focused on PolicyCenter, you will define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for complex, often greenfield implementations across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, lead critical design decisions, and ensure solutions meet demanding performance, scalability, and security needs. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who enjoys solving complex business problems, shaping implementation strategy,



and accelerating our customers’ path to value while contributing to Skilled Services’ mission to cut implementation effort and time through AI and automation.
Job Description

What you’ll do
- Define and own the technical architecture, design standards, and implementation roadmap for Guidewire PolicyCenter across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployments, aligning with customer enterprise architectures and Guidewire best practices.
- Lead end-to-end PolicyCenter configuration and customization, including Gosu development, PCF/UI design, data model extensions, underwriting rules, workflows, and plugins, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned to business needs.
- Architect and oversee complex integrations between PolicyCenter and enterprise systems (billing, CRM, data warehouses, external partners, document management, and third-party services) using APIs, web services, and messaging patterns.
