We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) team. This role plays a critical part in driving the successful delivery of digital features and enhancements by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, engineering, and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features, ensuring clarity of requirements, smooth execution, and timely delivery while maintaining robust alignment with business objectives.



Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products and hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models using Azure DevOps is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical partners to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements.
- Lead requirement discovery activities including stakeholder discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and solution alignment sessions to ensure a shared understanding of objectives and scope.
- Analyze business problems and digital requirements, recommending solutions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Decompose high-level initiatives into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that enable efficient estimation, development, and testing.
