Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Execute communication plans to support the organization's objectives, ensuring they align with the broader communication strategy.
• Coordinate communication efforts, including media relations, press releases, and public relations campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine key messaging and brand positioning.
• Manage the implementation of internal communication plans, promoting employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the department.
• Stay current with industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional development.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role




• Proven experience in Marketing and Communications
• Proficiencies in strategic communication planning
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or relevant work experience is a plus
