Sanofi’s Digital Manufacturing & Supply “Solution Engineering & Delivery” organization is responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining digital solutions which are used on Sanofi industrial sites to manage manufacturing, quality and administrative processes.

The Software Engineering & Delivery team works within this group to create products which are used daily in Sanofi manufacturing plants to provide differentiating capabilities and user experience above and beyond those provided by standard software designed for industry.

You will be responsible for hiring and leading a best-in-class engineering & delivery team, including both full time employees and numerous contractors. The Head will establish a culture of engineering excellence and continual learning to leverage AI and other tools to achieve substantial productivity gains — and ensure all team members adhere to those standards. - Provide people, technical leadership and strategic guidance for several engineering teams, capable of managing up to 50 team members.
- Lead and mentor distributed teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
