Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Transportation Lead / Subject Matter Expert to oversee and manage multi-city transportation operations, driving strategic planning,
operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute transportation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Optimize route planning and manage vehicle fleet operations
- Ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency across multiple cities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and supervise transportation teams including drivers, dispatchers, and logistics staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide training and development opportunities to foster teamwork and skill enhancement
Financial Management
- Create and manage transportation budgets
