Skill sets Required
Essential Skills
- Solid domain expertise in one or multiple areas:

- RCM processes –
- Front-end - Scheduling, Registration, EV/ BV etc...
- Mid-Cycle - Medical Coding, HCC coding, Charge entry etc.… and
- Backend - AR, Denial Management, Payment posting, Revenue integrity etc.
- Analytics – Analyze, Interpret and summarize data in providing insightful updates to leadership and for taking it to client for discussions, create staffing strategies.
- Suggest and validate Technology driven solutions based on In-house capabilities and Industry requirements.
- Creating transformative & compelling solutions which will drive savings to customers.
- Understanding of different pricing methodologies like transaction based, contingency based, FTE based. Experience in creating them will be an added advantage.

Job description –




As part of the Pre-Sales and Solutions team you will play a critical role in the overall growth strategy and will directly report to AVP Solutions.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients by selling services provided by Omega, building strong and sustainable relationships with the Management and decision-makers.
- Help Company meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Expected to have a thorough understanding of the business to be able to propose tailor-made products/services to the potential customers
- Work closely with the senior leadership to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to build and lead large deals single handedly and lead team members
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings; strong negotiation skills are essential.
