Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational planning. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills to drive performance, ensure legal compliance, and support talent development across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and headcount planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, payroll, and health & safety standards
- Advise managers on people decisions, disciplinary matters, and exits
- Maintain and update policies aligned with local laws and global guidelines
- Lead initiatives to build a high-performance and safety-driven culture
- Coordinate with regional HR teams and support risk & succession planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Robust communication, compliance, and analytical skills
- Proven HR experience in a complex, multi-location environment
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
