Summary of the role:
As a valued member of the global Ethics & Compliance team, this position will help us protect and build on the LS&Co.; legacy through the day-to-day management of essential corporate compliance and privacy initiatives.

The Compliance & Privacy Analyst will contribute to high-visibility corporate compliance plans. The focus will be on monitoring and supporting our privacy and third-party programmes. You will contribute to the continued enhancement of an ethical corporate culture.

About the role:
- Support the global third-party due diligence programme. This includes conducting privacy impact assessments, sanctions screening, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews of recent vendors. Additionally,



escalate important compliance issues to leadership and attorneys.
- Help develop a more risk-based approach for handling vendor-related privacy issues. Implement methodology through existing tools and platforms, such as Levelpath and ServiceNow, to ensure agreement between internal processes.
- Deliver training for both LS&Co.; employees and third parties on compliance and privacy requirements, and support outreach efforts, including by posting and updating internal guidelines and materials.
- Help coordinate and track progress of important compliance and privacy programmes, including policy roll-outs, training programmes, and awareness-raising campaigns such as Global Compliance Week.
- Work with the business and other partners, including Legal, Sourcing, Sustainability, and Infosec. Identify and address compliance and privacy gaps with them. These gaps include data mapping, data subject requests, and cookie compliance. Flag
