Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with robust technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts.
- Execute and maintain regression automation suites to ensure product stability.
- Monitor daily smoke test executions and promptly investigate and resolve failures.
- Design, automate, and execute load and performance test scripts.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore stakeholders to address issues identified during automation execution.
- Proactively suggest, design, and implement enhancements to the automation framework.
- Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently followed.

Core / Must‑Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in implementing automation frameworks,



preferably Data‑Driven and/or BDD (Cucumber), with a solid understanding of framework architecture.
- Excellent proficiency in Core Java, including OOP concepts, along with Selenium and test automation framework development.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and industry-standard terminologies.
- Ability to work independently and mentor or support other team members when required.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Good experience writing medium to complex SQL queries based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.

- Exposure to performance test
