- Deep understanding of batch processing, file-based systems, and legacy architecture

✅ Functional & Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to interpret and document complex business logic
- Experience in business rule extraction and reverse engineering
- Good understanding of system dependencies and workflows
- Ability to debug and analyze legacy system issues

✅ Modernization Exposure
- Experience supporting legacy-to-cloud or re-engineering programs
- Understanding of modern technologies like:
- .NET
- APIs
- cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Ability to map legacy logic to modern architecture

✅ AI & Agile Experience
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools for code analysis and documentation
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Ability to work in human + AI collaborative environments
