Accounts Executive (Pre-Opening Resort)
Location: Dodamarg, Maharashtra (Near North Goa)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the hotel/resort industry
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to join the pre-opening team of our upcoming premium nature resort. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing the finance and accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the property from day one.
Please Note: This is an in office role based in Dodamarg. Candidates should be able to commute to the resort independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and tax-related documentation.
Process vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and accounts payable.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain inventory accounting and support procurement-related documentation.
Assist in budgeting, MIS reports, and financial reporting.




Ensure timely bookkeeping and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Support the finance function during the pre-opening phase by helping establish efficient systems and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort accounting.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
High standards of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
