About the Role
We are looking for a heavy-hitting, deeply networked leader to head our B2B Enterprise Partnerships division. In this role, you will lead our Feet-on-Street (FOS) sales engine to integrate Vedantu’s leading-edge educational products into the K-12 school ecosystem.
You will be responsible for driving the adoption of our flagship institutional offerings, including Foundation IIT/NEET programs, K-10 CBSE books, Hybrid Learning Collaborations, and Student Integrated Programs (SIP). If you understand the DNA of school management, know how to navigate the complex academic decision-making matrix, and have a proven track record of scaling FOS teams, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Scale the on-ground B2B sales team: Direct, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Feet-On-Street (FOS) sales team across multiple states to hit aggressive institutional acquisition targets.
Drive Institutional Sales:



Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—for Vedantu’s school offerings (IIT/NEET Foundation, K-10 CBSE Books, Hybrid Learning, and SIP).
School Engagement & Activation: Oversee the strategy and execution of on-ground school engagement activities, workshops, seminars, and student-facing events that drive brand consideration, lead generation, and revenue.
Stakeholder Management: Build and leverage deep, long-term relationships with School Promoters, Trustees, Chairmen, and Principals.
Strategic Growth: Analyze the school market ecosystem, pedagogy trends, and competitor movements to position Vedantu as the preferred academic partner.

What We Are Looking For
