ABOUT THE ROLE
INTRODUCTION
This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford University Press as an HR
Business Partner, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering
the people agenda for the business. As a trusted partner to stakeholders, you
will work closely with leadership to drive key HR initiatives and support
organisational growth.

strategic HR position with end-to-end ownership of the employee lifecycle. You

OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will:
* Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, supporting the delivery of the
people agenda
* Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for 100+ employees, including
recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee
wellbeing
* Lead headcount planning and oversee the recruitment process, from identifying
hiring needs to onboarding, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent
* Provide performance management expertise, including identifying development
opportunities to strengthen workforce capability
* Collaborate with managers to improve employee productivity and efficiency in
alignment with business goals
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall
workplace culture
* Support business transformation initiatives in partnership with key
stakeholders
* Contribute to organisational growth by executing HR strategies aligned with
expansion plans
* Manage pay reviews, incentive plans, and bonus cycles in line with agreed
SLAs
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, maintaining a fair
and equitable work environment

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
* 8 to 10 year
