Contactors, Relays, Timers
SMPS, Transformers
Terminal Blocks, Connectors
Push Buttons, Selectors, Indications
Cables, Cable Glands, Lugs
Panel Accessories and Busbar Materials
Generate and process RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Source materials from approved vendors to meet production schedules.
Monitor market trends and identify alternate suppliers for cost reduction.
Develop and maintain relationships with electrical component manufacturers and distributors.
Conduct supplier evaluations based on quality, delivery, and pricing performance.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and annual contracts.
Resolve vendor-related issues such as shortages, quality concerns, and delayed deliveries.
Review BOMs (Bill of Materials), GA drawings, and electrical schematics.
Verify technical specifications before placing purchase orders.
Coordinate with design and production teams for component selection and substitutions.




Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and standards.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
Coordinate with stores and production departments for material requirements.
Track material shortages and expedite critical items.
Support inventory control activities and stock audits.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing.
Analyze procurement costs and prepare comparative statements.
Monitor material consumption and reduce procurement lead times.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase history.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Support ISO and quality management system requirements.
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
