Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances , providing guidance and resolution.
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Compensation & Perks:
- Administer salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compensation strategies.
- HR Records Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records , including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and ethical HR practices .
- HR Reporting & Analytics:




- Generate HR reports to support data-driven decision-making .
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a positive work culture .
- HR Technology & Systems:
- Utilize HRIS and other HR software for efficient HR operations.
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and collaborate with senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws .
