About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare,



dental, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or diagnostics.
In this role, you will identify prospective customers, build relationships with orthodontists and dental practices, present our clinical and digital solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into active accounts.
This is a field-oriented position suited to someone who is comfortable meeting healthcare professionals, managing an assigned territory and working toward measurable business targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities among orthodontists, dental clinics, hospitals, dental institutions and corporate accounts.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital enquiries, skilled networks, industry events and other prospecting activities.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their clinical workflows, patient profiles, current solutions and business requirements.
