Your impact

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering structural solutions for residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and healthcare developments as part of multidisciplinary project teams. You'll provide technical leadership on global projects, developing structural concepts, analysis models, and detailed designs that support safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.

You'll work closely with architects, project managers, and engineering teams to influence structural solutions from concept through construction documentation, while leading engineers and designers to deliver coordinated and technically robust outcomes. This role also offers the opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities by taking ownership of project delivery,



mentoring team members, and contributing to operational and growth initiatives within the business.

Role Accountabilities

Design the structural analysis and design of building projects using reinforced concrete and steel, with a particular emphasis on steel structures.
Develop structural concepts that complement and support architectural design intent.
Lead teams of structural engineers and designers in the production of calculations, specifications, structural models, and construction documentation.
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to identify dependencies, manage scope interfaces, and resolve technical challenges.
Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and project deliverables in accordance with quality procedures.
Take accountability for the technical quality, accuracy, and completeness of structural deliverables.
