Job Purpose: Duty Manager - AOCC/JCC is responsible for supervising shift-based airport operations, ensuring productive resource utilization, compliance with standard procedures, and swift coordination during disruptions. The role demands quick decision-making to address real-time challenges, maintain operational continuity, and uphold On-Time Performance (OTP) across all airport functions.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

Direct and supervise daily operations across the shift, ensuring compliance with established operational standards and procedures.

Monitor flight schedules, OTP (On-Time Performance), delays, and cancellations, taking necessary actions to minimize disruptions.

Notify airlines, ground handlers, and operators of advers
