Position: Market Development Officer (MDO)

Location: Aurangabad, Bihar

? Eligibility

B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
Diploma in Agriculture
MBA (Agribusiness) preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Candidates with agri-input sales or field marketing experience will be preferred.

? Key Responsibilities

‣ Conduct farmer meetings and field demonstrations.

‣ Build relationships with farmers and channel partners.

‣ Promote the agri-products and services.

‣ Achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

‣ Collect market feedback and maintain sales reports.

Required Skills: Positive communication, Sales mindset, Farmer engagement, Smartphone proficiency and Willingness to travel.
