Role Description:

The Asst Conference Producer is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for assisting in production of high-impact conferences and CXO events,



including support in developing of event concepts, agendas and content themes aligned with target industries and clients day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging topics and trends, defining target audiences and shaping conference value propositions. The role will source, approach and secure senior-level speakers & delegates, build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful event promotion and delivery. The role also involves managing timelines, tracking event performance, gathering feedback and continuously improving conference formats and content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in speaker and delegate acquisition, including outreach, and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
Good communication skills to support drafting event collateral, briefing speak
