Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Engineering and Quant Research teams, driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates across technical and quantitative domains.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from premier institutes and global markets.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while maintaining robust employer branding.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Graviton’s long-term organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:
4–8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Tech, Engineering, or Quant domains.
Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and creative channels.
Ability to build strong relations
