We are seeking an experienced Bankfast Lead Engineer with expertise in implementing Sandstone Technology's BankFast eXperience Platform (BXP) . In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, integration, and deployment of BXP to support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring the platform is tailored for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end implementation of Sandstone Technology's BXP, from initial requirements to deployment and post-launch support.
- Architect Solutions: Design and develop scalable, secure solutions within the BXP framework, ensuring business alignment.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance setting.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate BXP with existing systems and third-party services, ensuring secure and consistent transactions.
- Customization: Adapt the BXP platform to meet specific business requirements, including developing custom components.




- Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers exceptional user experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation to maintain a smooth user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture and operational procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest advancements in Sandstone Technology and recommend platform enhancements.
