OBJECTIVE: A sector-agnostic group within Investment Banking, responsible for handling clients across all industries in the PE Space. The role encompasses originating and executing a variety of investment banking products.

EILIGIBILITY:
Education - MBA from a premier institute/CA
Experience - 4+ Years

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
i) Providing transaction support with regard to analysis, valuation and documentation
ii) Managing Client relationships along with the Senior Banker, assisting in identification of business opportunities
iii) Ensure effective execution for deals of the sector and clients. Brainstorm cutting-edge ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams.

Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison except those involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger.
v) Display Market Intelligence, keep up to date and abreast with trends, ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
vi) Manage team results and perform a wide range of tasks, including reviewing financial models, developing presentations and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts. Internally coordinates with teams to execute deals.
vii) Interact with other teams to ensure effective execution for deals of their clients.
