Responsibilities:

* Mission Statement: The HRBP acts as a strategic and operational HR leader for
the India business, partnering with business leaders to align people
strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee
engagement with company objectives. The role also leads the local HR Shared
Services (HRSS) team, ensuring high-quality HR operations, governance,
employee support, and compliance with statutory and company standards.
