We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role Senior Product Designer.
Purpose of the role:
To lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, accessible and high-quality digital experiences, translating customer needs and business goals into effective product solutions while strengthening design standards, systems and team capability.
In this role, you will be:
Lead end-to-end design across platforms,
from discovery and wireframes to visual design and interactive prototypes.
Create and review clear, user-friendly interface text that guides users through tasks and improves usability.
Champion a user-centred design approach by conducting or supporting research to understand user needs, pain points and behaviours.
Collaborate with product owners, software engineers and stakeholders to define problems, align on outcomes and co-create solutions.
Translate complex customer journeys and business requirements into simple, intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
Drive the adoption and evolution of design systems in line with HSBC global brand and user interface standards.
Present and communicate design work with clear rationale, influencing stakeholders at different levels.
Embed accessibility, compliance and inclusive design practices throughout the design lifecycle.
