Role Overview

Growloc is seeking a proactive Operations & Supply Chain Intern to support our farm-to-market ecosystem for exotic fresh produce. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management within a quick-growing Agri-Tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement: Source exotic vegetables, negotiate pricing, and onboard new farmers/vendors.
Operations: Manage daily inbound/outbound activities and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Market Intelligence: Visit wholesale markets to track pricing trends and supplier availability.




Quality Control: Supervise sorting, grading, and packing to maintain high freshness standards.
Coordination: Liaise between procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture, or MBA.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and market visits.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
