Job Title & Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant – AI Integration with 7+ years of experience to
manage and optimize critical public sector AI applications in Kolkata. Operating on-site during B
Shift hours, you will oversee application maintenance and support (AMS) for high-performance
enterprise systems. In this role, you will leverage deep Python expertise, algorithmic knowledge,
and Agentic AI technologies to maintain system stability and drive continuous continuous
operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead AMS Delivery: Manage end-to-end incident response, defect resolution, and
lifecycle support for public sector AI implementations to exceed SLA target metrics.
Architect Agentic Workflows: Refine and optimize multi-agent AI frameworks,
autonomous process pipelines, and enterprise LLM integrations in production.
Diagnose System Bottlenecks: Utilize advanced Data Structures and Algorithms to debug
complex code paths, optimize runtime efficiency, and resolve recurring defects.
Configure Integration Interfaces:



Maintain robust Python microservices and APIs
connecting legacy public sector infrastructure with up-to-date AI modules.
Champion Root-Cause Analysis: Execute thorough incident retrospectives, implement
proactive system monitoring, and automate triage protocols to minimize downtime.
Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams and
client leads to ensure seamless shift handovers and operational compliance.
Technical Skill Requirements
Core Programming: 7+ years of expertise in Python (async programming, API
optimization, data pipelines).
Computer Science Foundations: Mastery of Data Structures & Algorithms (DS/Algo) for
low-latency troubleshooting.
AI Architecture: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain,
AutoGen, CrewAI, multi-agent coordination).
Operations: Proven track record in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), incident
management, and system telemetry.
