Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Leader – North to spearhead business development and sales operations across North India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the ELV/System Integration industry and strong relationships with MEP Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Architects, Consultants, Developers, EPC Contractors, Corporate Clients, Hospitality Chains, Healthcare Institutions and Government Agencies.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, expand Howell's market presence, develop high-performing sales teams, and build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Drive revenue growth across the Northern region.
Identify new business opportunities in Commercial, Hospital
